Elaine Borgen - Program Director
Elaine has 30 years experience in industrial education and business. She has been an HR manager for several billion-dollar multinational companies. She was responsible for corporate training programs and career development. Most recently she started a youth business, Lickity Split Chocolate with Navajo children. Elaine holds a master’s degree in business with an undergraduate degree in behavioral science and minor in biology.

Letha Burtenshaw RN - Retention Manager
Letha has 19 years as a practicing Nurse; working in the following areas ER, OB, Life Flight, Long Term Care, Med Surgery, Public and Home Health Care and Instruction. She has also been in private business in the insurance and investment world. Letha holds both series 6 and 63 securities licensure. She has lived 5 years on the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. A native of the Pacific Northwest, she has lived 29 years in South Eastern Utah.

Allen Hunt - Transition Coordinator
Allen has 32 years experience as a professional educator. He has teaching experience with ages K- Adult in such varied settings as Correctional Facilities, Rural Colorado and Urban Seattle Washington and on the Standing Rock Sioux, Taos Pueblo and Navajo Indian Reservations. He has extensive experience in supervision of teachers and curriculum design. Allen holds a master’s degree in instructional technology and an undergraduate degree in psychology.
